*We will not typically charge a fee for our services. We will be paid commission by the lender. In some circumstances a fee will be charged, for more complex cases a fee of £595 will be paid when you complete on a mortgage arranged by us. We will also be paid commission by the lender. For highly complex cases a fee of up to 1.00% of the loan will be payable when you complete on a mortgage arranged by us. We will refund any commission that we are paid by a lender. For example, on a mortgage of £200,000 a fee of £2,000 will be payable.
